Moving on from Hyderabad to Hampi

July 29th, 2010 by Calvin Sun

Took a sleeper bus direct from Hyderabad to Hospet (450 rupees for AC sleeper, regular seat), where I then boarded a public bus to Hampi (5 rupees) that morning.

It was very difficult to leave.

I stayed in a famous Art Gallery Saraswati’s family owned…her grandfather was a renowned Indian artist (Reddy) who created many famous works and did portraits for people like Indira Gandhi (to be accurate, he painted Indira Gandhi’s last portrait before she was assassinated)

The Indian School of Business just got served

Sitting in on a lecture on Entrepreneurialship at ISB…yes I am stealing education at 600 rupees an hour

…but I have to keep moving. And here I am, alone in Hampi.
